Still no remuneration nor return of medicine and Charles is suffering extreme pain and symptoms associated with the stopping of an important medicine while having an undiagnosed neurological disease.
Cannabis Solutions was created solely by Charles North during the month of April in 2008. Charles operated a delivery caregiving service for compliant Colorado registry card holders. After the holdiays of 2008, Charles pursued a location and added his friend and vendor to his staff as manager for the storefront part of the business. The business then changed its name to Herbal Solutions. Herbal Solutions opened for business in April of 2009 in Westminster, Colorado. In June of 2009 Herbal Solutions was taken out of possesion from Charles North by the manager who used false statements to law enforcement in regards to ownership. This forced Charles out since the police did not check out the information. When Charles went to Adam's County Sheriff's office for help, he was incarcerated for a traffic ticket in which was paid but never sent in to be paid. The ticket was in plain view of all staff at Herbal Solutions. The incarceration led to a severe crisis with Charles North's medical condition which comes from a series of Tardive syndromes. Neuro Malignant Syndrome is a condition which can become very bad but when cared for is almost dormant and difficult to diagnose or notice when preventitive measures are considered. When the critical medicines are taken away, The Neuro Malignant syndrome shows itself which is a severe crisis to the body which occurs and then can become fatal. Afterwords Charles was not the same and could not get help. All the while his friend and profit sharing partner, Carl Wemhoff, the manager, closed Herbal Solutions and re opened under the name Herbal Remedies. Carl Wemhoff remains under boundaries imposed by a protection order that was used to keep Charles away from the business where he had overseen the building of a pavillion for all patients to visit. Wemhoff contributed 5% of the initial building investment and Charles had just purchased a lump sum of medicine for dispensing before the protection order was imposed. There was no help in getting the property of Charles's. Charles North is recovering from 32 days of incarceration with limited medicine nor concern for the life threatening crisis and in addition, another 11 days in a hospital. Carl remains the victim yet refuses to cooperate with the business built by Charles and his patients. Charles is still recovering utilizing the healing attributes of the Cannabis plant, yoga, and other healthy practices. If in doubt, please email and ask for proof. Currently this is in civil court forcing Charles to forfeit his patients, investment, product and knowledge to Carl and his employees who recieved extra bonuses to side with Carl. Charles had earlier caught his staff stealing his product and went to terminate their employment when the scuffle went down. UPDATE>>> Charles's recovery has gradually become better although there has been problems with communications between all parties. The civil case is set for trial in July of 2011, so for almost another year Charles is disabled from the business he created and was severed from the relationship he developed with and the many patients he helped become compliant. Since the enactment of HB1284 and the uncooperation of the Dept of Health and Environment, Charles was unable to keep track and keep an updated file for the patients who kept him as caregiver. The Task Force broke the door down and caused a disturbance in the neighborhood over a medical patient/caregiver who was forced by the courts to ablige to rules that were not stated clearly, they took all the medicine before it was trimmed and said we'll be in touch. Is that legal? Charles's recommendation states that he can have "more" plants allows for the caregiver to determine what is needed for that space. Three years ago when the same detective met Charles due to his girlfriend issue, that Detective who was very patient in his communications and said no more than 60 plants, but then came back and took less than 50 plants that were legal, where is the reason? Charles North was set back, injured, provoked and terrorized by the excessive and unnecessary use of S.W.A.T. and Law Enforcement resources. Charles had just woke from a nap and had no warning of the actions the Task Force made to a willingly compliant suffering patient. You make your determination if it is right to not enforce cannabis laws for a year, where the patients who are not easily able to change their grow situation or know how many patients are current which leaves the patient/caregiver in a place of peril where the people who protect and serve and then those who are supposed to be our communities hero's are making hostage extraction excercises on an ailing patient who had just tested positive for Lupus also. Now you make the call, were the police actions warranted to such an extreme intensity causing harm and aggravation to a very sensitive compliant patient's condition? You make the call.
